Introduction

CP Teenz is an extension of the Junior Worship service and it provides an avenue for secondary school teenagers to have Sunday school classes while allowing them to join their parents at the morning worship service. CP Teenz also provides an opportunity for service in the Lord in the form of the Teenz Committee and various other avenues shown below. We welcome all secondary school teens in church to join us in our Teenz activities and in our service to our risen Lord and Saviour.

Age Group

CP Teenz caters to secondary school teenagers ranging from 13 to 17 years old. The teens are separated into 4 different classes according to their levels in secondary school.

Frequency of Meeting

CP Teenz meets for Sunday school classes every Sunday after morning worship for about an hour of discussion classes following a level based syllabus to increasingly improve each teen’s ability to rightly divide the word of truth.

On Sunday afternoons, CP Teenz have a monthly retreat at a Teenz's house on every 3rd Sunday of the month where our teachers also exhort on God's Word.  We also minister to the residents of Lentor home on the 2nd Sunday. Every 4th Sunday, we join the Youth Fellowship (YF) for Young People’s Choir (YPC) practices, which also helps to integrate teens into YF.

There are 2 CP Teenz camps in the month of June and December. Other annual activities include the kite flying cum family day on National day as well as the year end gathering on the New Year's Eve. We also welcome teens and their families to join in the Patria contract group meetings.

Venue

The Sunday school classes meet at the JW Sanctuary annex for announcements before breaking out to various classrooms on the 3rd floor, rooms #03-03 to #03-06 for Sec 1 to Sec 4 respectively.
