Fellowship Groups
Why Fellowship?
God has provided us the benefit of Christian fellowship to allow us to grow together in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ, with like-minded brethren. Every member of the body of Christ should not be found alone, but together, as each other's keeper, to suffer and rejoice together.
As iron sharpeneth iron, Christians ought to refine each other's life. Through Christian fellowship, we can provoke one another unto love and good works, bear one another's burdens, pray for one another, exhort one another, comfort and remind one another of the Lord's soon return.
God says, Philippians 2:1-2, 4 (KJV) "If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, 2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. . . . . 4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others."
